for 2 weeks (w/ a sensible meal) = lose 10 pounds. If you're thinking Special K...you got it! I mean, why not? This home-bound, mostly bed-ridden, all around pain of an illness has packed 10 pounds on me. When you feel bad you want to eat. When you feel bad you do not want to get up and move around. NOT a good thing for maintaining weight lost. So, I'm going to start tomorrow w/ my 2 bowls a day for 2 weeks and then I'll let you know how it works!
